Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
We process and prepare orders for shipment within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the United States.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States:
  1. Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  2. Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping Promotion: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
  • For all other orders and destinations, you can view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also log into your account on our store to view tracking information.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office. For unresolved issues, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

8. Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@pawzandprint.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
