Refund & Return Policy

At Pawz and Print, every product is made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we ask that you please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All of our products are custom-made using the pet photo(s) and selections provided by the customer. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, or image selection once production has begun.
  • Variations in color, placement, and final appearance may occur due to the custom printing process and are considered normal.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • There is a printing error caused by us

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
